How it works
How it works

1. Submit your resume

Upload your resume and wait for it to be reviewed by a randomly selected peer. You'll get feedback within a day. Submitting a resume costs 10 points.

2. Review a resume

Review another student's resume and provide feedback. You'll get 10 points (minimum) for each review you complete.

3. View comments

Once your resume is reviewed, you'll get feedback from other students. You must have a non-negative amount of points to view the feedback.

4. Improve your writing

Use the feedback you receive to improve your writing. Submit your resume again to see how you've improved!

FAQ

Who sees my resume?

Only a student who's been randomly assigned to review your resume will see it. We do not ask for names or any other identifying information, meaning your resume will be reviewed anonymously, or at least as anonymous as you upload it.

Is it free?

Yes! You can submit resumes and review other resumes for free using points.

How many resumes can I submit?

You can submit as many resumes as you'd like. To actually view the feedback, you'll need to have a non-negative amount of points.

What if my feedback is not helpful?

If you feel the feedback you received is not helpful, you can give their review a rating which will affect their points.
